We are looking at hooking A neax 2000IPS to a call Manager that is one year old. I don't know yet what version of call manager they were running, but was wondering if someone could tell me the parts needed for the call manager so we can inform the customer. Thanks!

I found out that the call manager is version 3.3. They have a 3620 router. I guess what I wan't to know is all that thy need is the T1 wic for their router and configure it, or is their special liscensing they need to enable QSIG. Also does anyone know what version IOS I need on the 3620? Thanks!!!!!!!

dontworx,

should be straightforward, you'll need some dsps for that t1 wic, so, the following should work:

1 x vwic-1mft-t1
1 x nm-hdv
2 x PVDM-12 (lives onboard the nm-hdv)

I don't think the 3620 has any AIM slots, so you can't get an aim-voice-30 or anything to provide DSPs without using a network module slot. I've never seen any additional licensing requirements for QSIG - I'm sure you can use it with both MGCP and H.323 if necessary.
