QSIG Siemens to CS1000E

we have a CS1000E connected with siemens hipath over qsig isgf(PRI). On CS1000E we have a euro ISDN trunk route (mastermode /BRI) to an external callcenter application. Calls from CS1000E to the callcenter working fine. Calls from Siemens (over CS1000E)to callcenter are blocked and we can see cause 42 in DCH Trace. There is no trunkbarring. CS1000E is acting as a protocoll converter (qsig to etsi). When we initiate a Public incomming pstn call over CS1000E to the callcenter application it works fine. Only calls from siemens are being blocked. Any ideas to establish calls from siemens over CS1000E to callcenterapplication???

call comes in on a qsig trunk, you get 4 digits or is it atdn? calling party gets a busy, call drops? is it going trunk to trunk or trunk to acd? what does the enl msgi/o show?
