We've installed PRI's between our 81C and Cisco Call Manager environment and calls are going back and forth successfully carrying name and number information each way. We are having a problem though when calls are FNA'd from the PBX to the CM voice mail as the CALLED number information is not being passed resulting in a generic greeting on the Cisco voice mail. We're also getting ERR9013 error messages on the PBX which suggest a QSIG integration problem.

The problem from Cisco's end is stated as "When Nortel PBX forwards the call, it did not send RDNIS or OCN(original
called number) information, and that is why CCM is sending a general call to Unity."

Has anyone else encountered this and have you been able to come up with a solution?
