qsig maximun length of cable

Hi Guys, I will be connecting a 3300 with an Alcatel using E1 QSig. What would be the maximun distance that these two PBXs can be apart considering the cable is a Cat3?

Found in an old manual, based on data rates for a T1 using a Cat5 cable.
The recommended maximum distance between a CSU/DSU and CPE is 15m.
