Qsig cisco with call pilot

I have setup a cisco to call pilot using qsig, the trouble that i am having is when cisco phones are forwarded to call pilot the caller that is forwarded to voice mail gets the enter your ext. recording not the greeting to leave a message??? As you can see below I am getting the OMSG that should be the IMSG.

We are using Meridian Mail 13, but had the same problem with QSIG. We had to have a patch applied by our vendor to correct the issue.
