I have an Avaya (G3 Si Ver 11) and a Cisco Call Manager. I have my outbound trunks on the Cisco side and use QSIG (1 trunk group with 2 DS1 cards for a total of 46 channels) on the Avaya. When calling from the Avaya to a Cisco (phone to phone) the CLID information is passed, but when calling out on the Cisco trunks nothing is passed from the Avaya side. When tracing the trunk group, I see the calls but it is not sending the Caller ID (DID info) out. What could be blocking the passing of the info on the Avaya side or possibly the Cisco side?

First thing you need to do is find out where the caller id is not getting passed. When you debug the QSIG gateway connecting to the AVAYA do you see the caller ID coming in from the AVAYA on an outbound call?
If not then it is an AVAYA issue. If you see it then it is a cisco setting.
So start by debugging q931 on the gateway that houses the QSIG PRI's
