Hi All,
we've recently setup a QSIG link between an MD110 BC13 and Avaya Communication Manager BC13 in Europe.
All is working fine we can call, receive calls, the number presentation is ok, we can use autocall back, transfert, conference....
but there is an issue with forwards
fe: we have 3 stations: a=avaya, b=ericsson, c=ericsson
b is forwarded to c
a is trying to call b
the call stay on b and don't follow the forward to c
in the BC13 trace we can see an " unrecognised operation"
in the other way:
d=avaya, e=ericsson
d is forwarded to a mobile (GSM)
e is calling d the mobile is ringing we can pickup the call but there is no voice and after 3 seconds the call fail with a message TIME OUT displayed on the phone
If someone already get this kind of issue his help will be more the usefull
