QRMTSIGN culd deny an account from a remote access?

Hi Guys,
I have an observation from the auditors about an account who could connect remotely. I am looking for a way to prevent this account from having a remote access, for security reason, it should be limited to local access. A person told me to check QRMTSIGN, could you confirm? is there any other way to achieve this goal which is: Preventing this account from having remotre access?
