I'm trying to write a report that pulls data from two seperate databases.

The main database holds names, address, etc.

The other database holds billing dates (01/01/2004, 02/01/2004, etc.). This is a single record database.

When I set-up the report all of the data from the main database displays correctly. The data from the single record database only displays the first field. The other fileds do now show up.

How can I show all of the fields in the single record database?

(I assume you're using "database" to mean "table" - from this I also assume you're using a desktop database like xBase, Paradox, etc.)

Can you set up a master-detail relationship between the two tables? In other words, what information links the two tables together?

I figured it out.

Apparently is you use the preview mode while designing the report, the report does not update properly. I linked the report to a button and previewed the report after compiling the program and the report worked properly.

To answer your question: The tables have nothing in common. The single record table only holds a bunch of dates that are used within the body of the report.

Thanks for the help.
