Qr Codes on Positouch Receipts

Hey there.

Anyone have any knowledge on how to get a QrCode to print on the guest check in Positouch? I found a bit of information online but so far I haven't had any luck. I found some info on adding a text file, I think in the SC folder, and then adding a ~@NAMEOFFILE.TXT to the Guest Check Headings>Headings 2 settings. Kinda like a print trailer in Micros. I think what I'm not really sure of is what the data in the text file needs to look like.

Update. I was able to get a QR Code to print on the receipt using ~@QRNAMEOFFILEQR.TXT, but it seems as though data for the Qr Code (when scanned) is only a default value. It does not seem to retrieve any data from the file. I guess the data in the file is not in the correct format or maybe my file is in the wrong location. I'm currently putting the file in C:\SC. Anyone have a copy in their Posi system?

Not following what you mean. The QR code should be a web page, it should bring you to the page you wanted it to.
