QproW 11. Can I invoke a macro by just pressing a single key combination (something like say Ctrl-L)?
My actual problem. I am entering 4-field records into columns A to D. Column A is filled with integers (1,2....) To enter a new (the next) record I press down, left left (or return, left, left, if ‘move Cell Selector’ is set to “down”) and enter the next record. I can also do this with a macro named (say) “n”. Now I can call Menu Tools > Macro > Run > mark “n” > OK. But than is even more arkward.
Of course I can switch to Excel, but I would like to avoid all MS programs except Windows. (I’m too old too now to switch to Linux).
Maybe I should make the table in Paradox, and read it into QProW, but then, why spreadsheets at all?
