QPC471H with maual switch set to disable?

I've just realized the manual switch on the front of the clock controller card is set to "Disable" and the light is red? Does this mean all my clocking for both groups is on the other clock controller card? And, is there a foreseeable problem with turning it to enable?

Only one clock controller is active at a time. No way to make them both active at the same time. Faceplate enable the card and enable it in software. There may be a reason it is disabled. You may find the reason when you enable it.
