I have 3 questions:

1. Is voice traffic considered as interactive traffic?
If I want voice traffic to have highest priority which would I use:

Weighted Fair Queuing or Priority Queuing?

Because, if voice is not an interactive traffic, then answer is clear- I would go with Priority.

2. Is WFQ, FIFO, or both are the default queuing method on T1 frame-relay interface?

Some says WFQ, others say FIFO, I've read the book from CISCO press saying something about WFQ and FIFO both are set as default, but I'm still in search for such documentation.

3. I know TACACS+ uses TCP to communicate. Then, which protocol uses UDP to communicate between client and server? RADIUS or AAA? Or UDP is also used by TACACS+?

Oh boy, I know I'm asking lot of questions lately. Thanks a bunch!!
Have a great Weekend!!!

Question 1:
agree with Priority queuing. However specifically for VoIP there is LLQ you should consider, which is simply CBWFQ with one priority queue added.

Question 2: directly from Cisco material:
WFQ is enabled by default for physical interfaces whose bandwidth is less than or equal to T1/E1, or 1.544 Mbps/2.048 Mbps.

Question 3:
Tacacs+ uses TCP, Radius uses UDP. AAA works on top of either Tacacs+ or Radius. Main difference is that RADIUS cannot do the command authorization.
