I have a BCM 50 with a 4 BES50 and 4 BSR 222. I need to setup QoS on the system as they are shared over the wan. I understand how to setup VLANS but am confused on how to give priority to the Voice. The computer and 1200 series IP phone will share the same port. Does anyone have any step by step guide on setting up QOS on these type of setups?
