It's not changes on the system you need, it's changes to your networking equipment. As long as you are running G711 as a codec already any other voice quality issue falls into the lap of your network guy, he needs to set up QoS

basic requirements on the network side are
1) data switches should support Dif-Serv (most if not all quality switches with POE do)
2) If possible sepeate the Voice & data traffic onto seperate Vlans.
