QoS on port where IPO500 connected

Hi guys, I see a lot of docs mention to apply mls qos trust dscp on ports where phones are connected , dscp 46 for phones , and I have Cos-dscp map:

but nowhere I could find about port QoS settings where IPO 500 is connected , as I found signaling Avaya marks as DSCP 34 . Should I change cos-to-dscp table to include dscp 34 to cos 4 ? Or its exist by default (DSCP-to-COS map table)and I just need to trust dscp on that port where IPO500 connected ?
 
If all of your phones and the ip office exist on their own vlan you could just apply a blanket QOS policy to that VLAN so that all traffic is prioritized whether it is signalling or RTP.
 
its not so easy dude, its enterprise network with SCN with existing different vlans, I have a policies on the routers but on the switches only mls qos . That's why please don't give me other options, I know what I could do , answer please if you know on my questions .

It uses DSCP 34 for signaling and DSCP 46 for RTP.

CoS is only on tagged packets. IP500 do not have 802.1q interface so you'll have to trust (or remark) DSCP on switchport connected to IP500
Phones do 802.1q so they mark CoS and DSCP
 
Don't worry about L2 markings
set your switches to map DSCP46 into the priority queue and ensure that you have end to end DSCP trust

Actually, I did, it was just implied in my answer,

Don't worry about L2 markings which implies that your COS DSCP tables are irrelevant, so no need to change them

Most Cisco switches convert the L2 marking to a DSCP marking for internal switch use, and this is where the COS-DSCP tables get used.

This is probably best asked in the Cisco network forum, you know what the system does but your questions are about how to configure your Cisco equipment to deal with it, they will give you more specific/relevant answers than we will I wager :)
