QoS for VOIP

Greetings. I am having difficulty setting up my switches for QoS. I am looking for concrete configuration examples from folks who have (successfully) implemented QoS on their network for use with ShoreTel equipment.

All of my edge switches are Cisco Catalyst 3560. At the edge, we are choosing to use layer 2 dscp.

Any assistance anyone can give is greatly appreciated. I am pulling my hair out over this.
