Hi, I'm trying to find some information on how to prioritise voice traffic between Nortel switches over routed WAN links.
I can see on our 8010 core switch that the voice vlans are set to 6 for both user priority and QoS level, on other switches, like the 5510 and 4550 I don't see any options.
Is there anyone who can help me.
Thanks in advance.

The easiest way to do it on them is via the web interface on the switch. Browse to the IP address of the switch/stack. Log in if necessary and then go to QoS in the applications submenu I believe. Don't have one here at home so i am going off memory.

There is a QoS wizard that is super easy to use and beats the hell out of doing it via CLI. I'm pretty sure this works on the 4550 as well. If not post and I will get an answer for you.

Hi, I'm using Device Manager, not able to http to the switches.
I don't see any wizard type thing when logged in this way.

You only get the wizard via the web interface. DM doesn't have the wizards.
