I have a SCN with centralized vmpro. I missed something in qos trying to figure out why calls to vm are borken up but voice calls are crystal.

How can i ensure that calls to vmpro have the same prioritization as normal VoIP calls?

Thanks in advance

By putting it in the voice vlan

vlan over the scn? The scn is over a VPN connection. it's calls to vmail over the vpn that are choppy.

the docs say vmail uses udp port 50791.

With a packetshaper or a good router you can prioritise VM traffic over the VPN connection, VM Pro itself does not prioritise VM traffic.
Nice for a New Feature Request.

Is direct media path ticked on the IP line?
