Just starting my first book layout with 4C linked AI graphics. In this (what I think is simple) 4-page layout, there are also 2 diag's that have custom fill patterns. It prints the illustrations out of Illustrator CS fine, but...
When I specify "print pg 1," the printer will print the first page (text with 1 image, custom fills, that takes up less than 1/2 the page). When I specify "print pg 2" it chokes and appears to be processing forever. When I specify "print all pages," It will spit out a blank page after awhile.
