QMS 3225 printer error

Hi

I have a QMS 3225 laser printer that is displaying "call for service -
engine error 13". This is a five year old printer, QMS no longer offers
support for it, their manuals don't document the error, but I was hoping to
figure out if it was economical to fix.

Any thoughts?

Sounds to me that there is a problem with the fuser on your printer and with the printer prices today I would toss that one and buy a new one.

Have you searched for QMS support from other than QMS. I've run across one site in Atlanta using third party support because of some similar problems. Ed Fair
