qmail test mail (permission denied)

I successfully configured qmail but when i send one test message it won't work when i saw mailq then i got following o/p. To which file/dir should i give the permission.

/var/spool/mqueue (1 request)
-----Q-ID----- --Size-- -----Q-Time----- ------------Sender/Recipient-----------
i45IU0Zt003808 (Permission denied)
