Hi all,

I need help with my Qmail, please.
Ok. After we installed Qmail (Red Hat 9) it we some of our clients started to receive spam and no spam messages dated Wed, December 31, 1969 6:00 pm. Some of the clients cannot receive their email via Outlook Express until this strange message is in their Inbox.

Last situation: I sent a test message from one of our web sites to my mailbox (Exchange server) and to our client (Qmail, Redhat 9). My copy is ok (message date), client's copy date - Wed, December 31, 1969 6:00 pm :(

I'll be very-very appreciated for help to solve the problem.
Thanks

Oleg

From what I understand - minimally - there is nothing wrong with an email client that displays the date wrong. This is a function of the Internationalization/language settings I believe.

Try doing some googling for "qmail date 1969" and see if you get some guidance. I'm in USA and have only seen broken dates on a few lame spam. I don't use OE though.
