Qmail/outlook attachment problem

Hi

I have a problem sending attachments using outlook express and qmail. Works fine if I use webmail but when I use outlook express nothing happens. The mail is sent and I don't get any errors, but it never reaches its destination.

I'm kinda new to this so I'm not sure what other info you need, please feel free to ask and I'll provide with as much info I can

Does the system send mail for OE without attachments?

Do you have an anti-virus or anti-spam scanner in use?

thedaver makes a good point. try also looking restrictions on your sending message.

On the Tools menu, click Accounts.
On either the Mail or News tab, click Properties.
On the Advanced tab, select the Break apart messages larger than x KB check box and then enter the maximum file size the server will allow.


perhaps, you got this settings too low.

Hi

Seems like the antispam software had been updated during the nigth and had found out that it wanted to put all mail with attachments in quaratine. Had approximately 8000 mail in quarantine, had to send them 10 at a time
