QMAIL behind NAT

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is anything special that needs to be done if you are operating qmail with NAT (besides firewall stuff)

My problem is the dreaded relay problem. I can send out from the server, but it won't accept an email from outside.

Inside my rcpthosts file, I have the following:

host02.mydomain.com

This resolves to a real internet address.

any help appreciated.
