Qeues full of unwanted mails

Hi there!! .. i'm having this tiny problem... all days when i come to work .. i see the qeues of the smtp virtual server of exchange 2000 full of mails from senders that ar not in my domain .. to recipients that are not in my domain either...
my domain is psf.gov.ar .. and i would like that exchange only relay messages that come from the people in my domain ... where can i configure this ? ..

while this solve my problem .. your lastname could be "exchange"... and that's enough for me to listen your answers

If your server was setup to allow open relays (which it sounds like possibly it was), then yes, following those intructions will close the open relay and prevent non-authorized users from using this "hole" to send mail through your servers.
