Qestion about Spybot-S&D report 3

I'm new to Spybot-S&D. My first search turned up several problems, all of which looked somewhat familiar -- and I successfully fixed them.

There are however, two problwms which I'm usure about, one called "Alexa Related" and the other is "DSO Exploit."
I'm sorry to bother you with these, but can you tell me what they are -- and if I can go ahead and fix them?

The DSO Exploit was fixed in IE in 2002, Spybot still sees it but IE is no longer effected by it
