QE-DEF-0177 error in Reportnet

Am trying to fix the following error that i am facing in RN. According to the knowledgebase i have to chane the empty_string_is_null to 'F' in the cogdmor.ini file. This does not help resolve the issue.

QE-DEF-0177 An error occurred while performing operation 'sqlPrepareWithOptions' status='-16'. UDA-SQL-0358 Line 4: Syntax error near "=".

Wld deeply appreciate help. Thanks!
