QCC VMAIL

Do I need to do anything special to have the QCC ring to a voice mail box if no one picks up? I have the QCC in group 30 and I have created a mailbox for it but the call will not ring to voice mail.

You have to set the overflow to the vioce mail group #
IE: 777, etc
