I have 2 seperate problems. one involves a magix r1,
when the main console uses position busy calls go to our 2nd console just fine she parks the call but next incoming call does not ring her it goes to main console instead.Almost like it shows her as busy

Next problem is on legend 6.0 main console uses position busy calls ring on 2nd console only 2 rings and goes back to main console.
