Is there any way to have other extensions beside the QCC operator ring when a call is placed to the LDN? Basically I want to cover the QCC operator with other extensions and not have to put the QCC operator into position busy.

The Legend Features document and System Planning guide cover most of this info with what you can and cannot do with QCCs.

You can download them from the Avaya website: support.avaya.com

Hope this helps!

Well, of course, my issue is and always will be:

Do you really need a QCC?

Does your operator have to answer each and every call coming to the office?

Are there D-I-D's that could releive some of that work load?

For many years now, I have seen ONE and ONLY ONE location that had to have a QCC.

Is this one number 2?

I have several times, on old Legends, made a fake QCC, so you can do button coverage, etc...one way is: the console isa DLC with no lines. Put lines on an adjuct or adjucts, put them in a coverage group, put 4-8 buttons for this same group on the console instead of lines/call appearances. This gives you multiple "call appearances" and still lets you do coverage for the console. Dirty, but better than plain QCC.

Thanks for the help, I just ended up reprogramming from the QCC to the DLC. There was no need for the QCC. Thanks for the tip 2BAvoice.
