Ummm.... it's not there... you have to download it. It looks like QB45 and QB71 are not freeware... and I'm not really sure any QBasic is freeware anymore...
But I know that if you go to a good search engine (like Google) you can find any QB stuff you want to find.

If you search the web you will be able to find many websites with downloads of Qbasic.
Microsoft really does not care if you download QB45 or QB71 for personal use. Even for commercial use, they consider DOS to be a dead operating system -- all serious development, in their eyes, is done for recent Windows systems using Visual Studio 6 or 7. If you find QB45 or QB71 downloadable on the internet, have no qualms about doing so, since Microsoft has officially dropped it from their product line. While this does not actually make it strictly *legal*, per se, it does make it essentially abandonware. Nobody is going to chase you down and lock you up for downloading QB
