Hello !
Not perhaps a strict GIS question ... but I was hoping someone might have an idea :

We are using QAS Pro Web 5.05, with PAF extensions.
I need to obtain/generate a UPRN (unique property reference number) for a given address.

I was going to use QAS's moniker, which is unique across the dataset, but have found out that the monikers can change across QAS data updates.

So I heard that PAF has a unique id for each address, which stays constant across data updates.

So the question is :

Using the QAS APIs (either C or Java APIs), does anyone have any idea how one obtains PAF's UPRN / id ?

Cheers

Ben

Hi Ben

I'm afraid I don't know anything about QAS, but PAF certainly has a unique identifier - 18 alpha-numeric characters starting with AP.
