QA - Mail on rejection OIDs not right

Hi i have a problem with the mail notification of the QA.
Sometimes, when the QA rejects objects, and sends this via email, it doesnt send the right OID. It sends any other OID.

Is this a known Error in Livelink System?
Its an older Version not the newest one. I think 4.2 as the manuals say.
