Q-sig link to Definity

I have linked Nortel Switch(Option 81) with Avaya Definity G3 Si Rel 11 using Q-sig. I get only the number display, not the name. Please any idea what could be the problem. using
IFC- ESS4.What has to be done to get the name display. Avaya is sending the name but it is not displayed in the trace.
Any suggestions???
