Q not reporting in meridian MAX

Hi,

I've got a acd Q that doesn't report on meridian max. I can see the Q on the MTE but when I run reports against the Q i get "No data selected...." I know that agents are logging in and out of the Q and I ca see calls going in, but it doesn't report anything.

Anyone got any clues?

check your capacity configuration and make sure you are not over the expected and measured. if so you will need to change this
