Q master server fault 1

Im pretty new to q-master server which i now believe is called zeacom. I have the unfortunate task of fixing a fault whereby the main admin mailbox has a fault. My nec set display 6 messages and when i access the mailbox, it states, your voicemail box is full and hangs up the call.

Does anybody know what the fix for this is ? and what could be the implications ?

Zeacom make the Qmaster and are based in newzealand. The easiest and quickest fix for your problem would be delete the mailbox and re assign a new one. Then leave yourself a message and then listen to it. the last bit should fix up the display.

This message is normally played when the system mailbox is full.
Try and log into it - dial the voicemail pilot - enter # and the voicemail pilot number again , default pin number is normally xxxx , clear all the messages ( follow the prompts).
Then use the adminstrator program to change the setup for that mailbox to limit the number of messages and the days before purging. You should also change the default option for the system mailbox from record to hangup.
