have 2 reception phones connected to a hunt group with queing
also configured no answer after 30 sec to go to message

the problem is when both operators are on the phone queing is fine. one operator hangs up and leaves her desk.. Her phone starts ringing. the second operator hangs up but her phone dosent ring at all for that incoming call and the call goes to message
have reduced the no answertime to 2 secs and disconnected VM.. fixed the problem but now I dont have message on no answer
any ideas to get over this

If a operator leave,s her desk she must logout the group and when she,s back she must login the group again.

You don,t leave your phone and let it ring, then the operator is not busy.

If al the operator,s go away make a button for the group to go in night-service so the calls go follow an other route.

Or make the group ringing like hunt, then the call go in time to the next member in the group.
