Hi all,

I am trying to setup a tftp server that handles also handles DHCP for a PXE boot up to install XenServer remotely. I am using tftpd64 as the tftp application and I have grabbed all the files I have needed and followed through examples I have seen on the web by some fellow called van hal ICT in pxe citrix xenserver installs and virtualise how to article by thomast74

After getting past DHCP issues and getting the default file to load, I am now getting an error like the following >>

(xen) dom0 kernel not specified. Check bootloader configuration.

I am noob at linux and have no idea where to look, but I need to be able to install the visor without relying on a DVD drive.

My default file looks like this >>

default xenserver56fp1
label xenserver56fp1
kernel mboot.c32
append xenserver/xen.gz dom0_mem=752M com1=115200,8n1
console=com1,vga — xenserver56fp1/vmlinuz
xencons=hvc console=hvc0 console=tty0
answerfile=ftp://192.168.1.82/xenserver56fp1/answerfiles/xs56fp1-ext3
answerfile_device=eth0
install — xenserver56fp1/install.img

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Many thanks,

Drake.
