I have a fiber remote cabinet (loop 20)that is down (main switch Opt.81C). Getting these codes over and over. XPEC 4 and 5 are disabled and I can't get them enabled. Is my System Monitor Card bad?

If you are using the TSI fiber remote interfaces, then you may have one go bad. You have lost connection to the remote side
