PVSW files disapearing

I'm running into a problem where the files inside the PVSW folder are getting deleted/disappearing when we try to install the program on client machines that access Pervasive. Has anyone seen that one before?

I've seen that when the Pervasive System Analyzer archives the files on the server. It typically happens when the client install is pointing to the server directory. I would recommend installing the client on the local machine and not to the server.

We're not sure if that is what was happening or not. We adjusted the security permissions on folder, and it stopped happening.
