Can Anybody helps me to get understanding for the technice PVST+ !!
I read it in a lot of cisco magazine but , I couldn't understand it ,, so please guide me ..

Basiclly the purpose of running PVST protocol is to run
Span Tree Protocol for each Vlan you create. PVST+ has added features like tunneling 802.1q, where as Regular PVST can only be implemented over a isl trunk.

For more info here is a link.

Just try to remember that each VLAN is in a sense, a network. Therefore, with PVST you have one instance of STP per VLAN/network (one root bridge, one designated port per bridge etc). With common STP, you have one instance of STP.
