PVM (small) admin password

Have a customer who cannot get into vm admin (prior system administrator changed admin (0) password, left and cannot be reached. Is there a way in?

Hi pjolly,
A previous post indicated that you should log into the admin mailbox using 2537 as the pass. Then you can set the password yourself.
