pvlsvr.exe - application error

Please help me.

I restarted my server (Win NT 4.0) and found out that the Backup Exec 7.3.3 was not running. This message appeared:

"(OleMainThreadWndName: pvlsvr.exe - Application Error) --> The instruction at "0x04058f78" referenced memory at "0x00000008". The memory could not be 'read'"

I think the file has corrupted and tried replace it with another same file. but the problem is still there.

Any idea? Please.
