PVID hanging around

Hi,
I recently had to replace a faulty disk, but since then, the PVID of the faulty disk is still hanging around in the system, I get the error:

0516-304 lsvg: Unable to find device id 004646aa268c270e in the Device Configuration Database.

Any ideas how I clean this up?
