Hi all,

When making a change to a physical volume using pvchange, what needs to happen?

Can it be done on the fly, or do you need to unmount the volume for the change to take place?

Cheers
Trev

You can do a "pvchange -t 180 /dev/dsk/cXtXdX" and it will immediately occur (changes the I/O timeout to 180 seconds).
