I am having a little trouble with a firmware upgrade I performed on my Powervault 136T with LTO drives.
I updated the RMU and Library fine, but when it came to updating the Drive firmware from E15V to E21V using the Dell Library & Tape Tools program it informed me "Firmware updated FAILED", however both drives still work, and arcserve lists them as been version E21V while the library still thinks they are E15V.
While I am not having any problems because of this, I do not want to leave inconsistencies like this untouched because it's bound to screw something up in future.
I would like to try updating the drives through the RMU, but I can't find the relevant .lif firmware file to do this.
Any and All help is appreciated.
