We are running CM 6.3. I was asked to change a specific skill group number in our vectors to a different skill number because they want to eventually get rid of the first skill. So I did that. I just ran CMS reports for all of 2015 for the skill they want to get rid of and there were at least 4 ACD calls for that skill. I went through EVERY vector we have programmed and did not see the skill. I did a list usage for that hunt group and it not come up in any vector. How else can a call get in a queue if it's not in vector??

Perplexed.

If they are using RONA, could that be pointing to the pilot number?

Joe, I don't know how an outsider would get the hunt group extension but stranger things have happened. And 4mer, I didn't think we used a RONA extension except in one place but i'll do some checking.
