Ok basically I'm gonna make this short and kindergarten-like as possible:
There exists an address with telnet on port 1337. Using the standard normal telnet.exe that comes with windows I am able to telnet in and browse around, execute commands, change stuff around... NO problems whatsoever.
I download putty.exe which is supposed to be chok full'o superiority but apparently in it's default config it seems to be acting strange when I log in to that SAME address.
Basically I don't need any highly technical explanation because my request is straight forward: I need to know how to configure puTTY to ACT 100% EXACTLY like the standard windows telnet. That's the obvious solution. Then I could just save that config in one of putty's profiles and use it from there on in. Thanks.
