I have a form with a 'create letter' button, which populates a set of bookmarks in a Word template. This is working fine, except that one of the fields returned is the username, which I want to show on the Word document as italicised and in bold type. However, whatever formatting I try to place on the bookmark in Word, it comes out as normal font. Any ideas please? I'm tearing my hair out.
